Got Retro?
Before the web, Ipods, Cassettes, 8 tracks, and even the 45 RPM record, radio was king. Often times the family radio was the only link to timely news from around the globe. Many old tube radios survive to this day sitting on shelves as decoration or abandoned in attics or barns across the USA. Wouldn’t it be cool to bring one back to life?
Join us for a workshop on how to revive one of these vacuum tube relics!

Hi. Your timing is awesome. I have zero tube experience, but I just bought a Tabletop Motorola 57A AM tube radio. It _looks_ okay, albeit dusty and with a resident house-spider in the rear, and one of the AM wires to the loop is disconnected. I was wondering, would I be able to bring my unit with me to kinda follow along?
Thanks!

Sure! We can open yours up and walk through some of the lecture using you radio to point stuff out.
